Apple Muffins

Gather Ingredients: Collect 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves, 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (melted), 1/2 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 cups of peeled and diced apples.
