Stephanie’s Slow-Cooker Stew

Cut the stew meat into bite-sized pieces and chop the onion, garlic, potatoes, and any other vegetables you’re using.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the stew meat on all sides. This step adds flavor to the stew.

Place the browned meat, chopped vegetables, diced tomatoes, broth, thyme, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker. Stir everything together to combine.
